Returns & Exchanges

We want you to feel confident in your leatherwear purchase. If you're not fully satisfied, we’re happy to help with returns or exchanges.

Eligibility:

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your item.

• Products must be unused, in original condition, and include all tags/packaging.

• Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return.

How to Start a Return:

1. Email us at with your order number and reason for return.

2. If eligible, we’ll send you return instructions and a shipping label (if applicable).

3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll issue a refund or exchange.

Refunds:

• Processed within 5–10 business days after item is received.

• Refunds go to the original payment method.

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
